💡 How To Generate a Power Point Presentation on ChatGPT

Use the following prompt

Please write me a VBA code for a PowerPoint presentation about No-Code, I need 7 slides, fill in the content on your own.

To paste and run the VBA code in PowerPoint, follow these steps:

  1. Open PowerPoint: Open the PowerPoint application on your computer.

  2. Enable Developer Tab: If the "Developer" tab is not already visible in the PowerPoint ribbon, you'll need to enable it:

    • Click on the "File" tab in the upper left corner.

    • Select "Options" at the bottom of the left-hand menu.

    • In the PowerPoint Options window, choose "Customize Ribbon" from the left sidebar.

    • Check the box next to "Developer" in the right column.

    • Click "OK" to save your changes.

  3. Access VBA Editor: Once you've enabled the Developer tab, you can access the VBA editor:

    • Go to the "Developer" tab in the ribbon.

    • Click on the "Visual Basic" button in the Code group. This will open the VBA editor.

  4. Insert a Module: Inside the VBA editor:

    • In the VBA editor, you'll see a Project Explorer pane on the left. If it's not visible, press Ctrl + R to show it.

    • Find your presentation's project in the Project Explorer. It should be named after your presentation.

    • Right-click on the project, then select "Insert" > "Module." This will add a new module to your presentation's project.

  5. Paste the Code: Paste the VBA code into the newly inserted module. You can right-click inside the module's code pane and select "Paste," or simply press Ctrl + V.

  6. Run the Macro: Close the VBA editor, and you're back in PowerPoint. Now you can run the macro:

    • Go to the "Developer" tab in the ribbon.

    • Click on the "Macros" button in the Code group.

    • In the "Macros" dialog box, select the macro named "CreateNoCodePresentation" (the name of the macro you pasted).

    • Click the "Run" button to execute the macro.

The macro will then generate the slides with the content as specified in the code. Remember that macros can potentially execute code on your system, so only run macros from trusted sources. Always make sure to review and understand the code before running it.
