Check out how you can be building Blox on the go 🚀.

⚙️Tool of the Day

Blaze is a technology that enables no-code web app development for teams. Such capabilities as an admin panel, workflows, document management, inventory management, and product management are available. It offers enterprise-level security and is HIPAA compliant. A no-code online database and custom onboarding driven by AI are also included. Teams may easily connect numerous apps with one another using Blaze, which also integrates data sources and APIs.

We want to share with you Blaze's Core Beliefs. These are the tenets that drive their product, team, and mission.

  • ✔️Easy to use

  • ✔️Fast

  • ✔️Powerful & scalable

  • ✔️Secure

  • ✔️Outstanding customer service

📜 Fun Fact

Almost 60% of the custom apps are now built outside the IT department. Of those, 30% are built by employees with limited or no technical skills.

However, it's important to note that while this trend offers benefits, there are also potential challenges and risks. Custom apps built outside the IT department might lack proper security measures, compliance standards, and scalability considerations. Therefore, organizations should establish guidelines, oversight, and collaboration channels to ensure that these applications align with overall IT strategies and maintain the necessary quality and reliability.

💡 How To Automate Inquiries Using Airtable and Zapier

Inquiries from clients or customers can be automated to save time for the team and the person making the inquiry. Start with a form that asks qualifying questions to speed up the routing and handling of queries. Create a partially completely or automated procedure using the form replies and answers to qualifying questions to enable you to have more in-depth interactions with your team and clients.

  1. Decide on a trigger. In this illustration, we'll split notifications and emails to qualified and unqualified leads using an Airtable database with form replies.

  2. Include Zapier's Path. Keep in mind that a Path by Zapier must come after an action step and be the final step in a Zap.

  3. Rename Path A after editing. Create rules based on the form data the trigger receives. The "Qualifier 1" and "Qualifier 2" replies are used in this example to divide form submissions into qualified leads. Test, then go on.

  4. After the rule is created, keep creating action steps as you normally would in a Zapier workflow. In this example, we've created a two-step process that first sends a Slack message to the team and then an email with next steps to the qualified lead.

  5. After the path has been created, choose "Home" or the following path to add or update more pathways.

  6. Use pathways to automatically segment the data you collect from your form and notify, update, and respond to users.
